Opening Reception 8th September:

Opening Reception to be held at the Campus Center Ballroom

Closing Dinner 8th September:

The closing night banquet will be held at the Waikīkī Aquarium. Attendees will have private access to the aquarium during the event.

Opened on March 19, 1904, it is the second-oldest public aquarium in the United States. Then known as the Honolulu Aquarium, it was established as a commercial venture by the Honolulu Rapid Transit and Land Company, who wished to “show the world the riches of Hawaii’s reefs.”

The Aquarium was designated a Coastal Ecosystem Learning Center of the Coastal America Partnership federal program and is a part of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
