2027 FIAF Congress in Berlin

The 2027 Congress of the International Federation of Film Archives (FIAF) will take place from 25 to 30 April 2027 in Berlin, Germany, hosted by the Deutsche Kinemathek.

The six-day congress will bring together film archivists, preservation specialists, researchers and cultural heritage professionals from around the world to exchange knowledge, explore innovations and strengthen international cooperation in film preservation.

A key highlight will be the two-day symposium focusing on films and their archives in times of political change. The programme will also feature a marketplace, networking events, guided tours and public film screenings.
